Terms and Conditions for Digitalize Lab

  1. Introduction These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of Digitalize Lab's products and services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

  2. Services Digitalize Lab provides IT services, including but not limited to software development, website design, and data analysis. The specific Services you receive will be as described in any relevant agreements between you and Digitalize Lab.

  3. Payment You will pay Digitalize Lab the fees for the Services as agreed to between you and Digitalize Lab. All fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise specified.

  4. Intellectual Property The Services and all intellectual property rights in the Services remain the property of Digitalize Lab. You are only granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

  5. Confidentiality You will maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information disclosed by Digitalize Lab to you. You may use this confidential information only in connection with the Services. You will not disclose the confidential information to any third party without Digitalize Lab's prior written consent.

  6. Limitation of Liability Digitalize Lab will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Services, except to the extent such damages are the result of Digitalize Lab's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

  7. Termination Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Services.

  8. General Terms These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Digitalize Lab with respect to the use of the Services. These Terms replace all prior understandings, communications, and agreements between you and Digitalize Lab. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

  9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Sudan. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Sudan.

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
